Kojic Acid creams and Alpha-Hydroxy creams also lighten the skin and are effective against acne, but are much safer to use. I would use soaps and creams with Kojic Acid and Alpha-Hydroxy instead of Maxi Peel....but it's your choice. Hope this helps.

I have minimal backne but I do have some bumps on the chest area that flatten and whiten thanks to Maxipeel Exfoliant Soap (I also use Belo Intensive Whitening Soap with Kojic and Tranexamic Acid).

I would advise using a moisturizer after use because it can be a bit drying but that is just me. Others may not experience this.
